Privacy

This page says what the public RoMini site and the public demo do with information. It is a plain-language notice, not legal advice.

Product analytics (PostHog)

romini.party and demo.romini.party use PostHog Cloud EU, via the first-party ingest host a.mzworthington.co.uk, so I can see which pages people open. PostHog is configured with cookieless tracking: it does not write PostHog cookies or use local or session storage for identity, and these sites do not call identify(). Counts use a privacy-preserving hash on PostHog's servers. Session replay is off.

That is why these sites do not show a cookie banner for PostHog. Cloudflare or the browser may still use their own cookies for hosting or security.

The story box on the house LAN (romini.local) does not send these events. Playback stays on the home network.

PostHog's own terms and privacy policy apply to data they process for these sites.

Hosting

The public pages are on Cloudflare. Those systems receive normal web-request metadata, such as an IP address at the edge, as part of serving the site.

What these sites do not do

I do not sell your data. I do not run ads. You do not need an account to read the page or open the demo.

Asking to delete something

If you think I hold personal data about you in PostHog or elsewhere, open an issue on github.com/mzworthington/RoMini and say what you want removed. I will use PostHog's deletion tools where they apply.
